This Cancellation Policy explains the rules applicable to cancellations, withdrawals, payments, instalments, submission of materials, suspension of participation, content incompatibility, operational failures and compensations related to TrendZ Digital Creators.
By completing a registration, filling out forms, submitting materials or making a payment, the participant declares that they have read, understood and agree to this Policy, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of the event.
Registration in TrendZ Digital Creators involves spot reservation, category organization, operational processing, use of digital structure, preparation of the assembly flow, support, technical review, booth publication, participation in the showroom and continuity on LamarZ according to the applicable conditions.
Registration is not merely the purchase of future access. It activates internal processes and reserves the team’s operational capacity from the moment payment is confirmed.
The purpose of TrendZ Digital Creators is to offer a serious, organized and professional structure for the presentation and promotion of digital solutions, preserving the quality of the experience for participants, visitors and the team involved.
All payments made to TrendZ Digital Creators are final and non-refundable.
By making a payment, the participant acknowledges that the amounts paid compensate spot reservation, operational capacity, organization, processing, preparation, support, assembly, digital structure and other stages related to participation, even if the participant does not complete the submission of materials, does not use the booth or withdraws later.
There will be no refund of amounts paid in case of withdrawal, cancellation requested by the participant, change of decision, regret, missed deadline, failure to submit materials, incomplete submission of materials, incorrect submission of materials, lack of response, subjective rejection of the proposal, failure to use the booth, lack of access to the participant’s own links, change in the participant’s strategy or expectation of commercial results.
The no-refund policy applies to one-time payments, instalment payments, additional markets, paid changes, additional services and any amount paid related to participation in the event.
The participant may request cancellation of participation, but the request does not generate a refund of amounts paid.
When the participant requests cancellation, withdraws from participation or fails to proceed with the submission of materials, the team may end the operational process, suspend assembly, interrupt publication or keep records necessary for internal control, payment, support, history, security and compliance with event rules.
Amounts paid up to the moment of withdrawal remain retained, because registration, operational reservation and team work will already have been initiated.
When the participant chooses instalment payment, they assume responsibility for keeping instalments up to date according to the rules of the payment platform used.
Approval, refusal, blocking, analysis, instalment processing, dispute, chargeback, refund, fee, conversion, account limit or retention of amounts by the payment platform are not controlled by the TrendZ Creators Team.
Payment failures, cancellations, disputes, refunds, unpaid instalments, blocks, refusals, chargebacks or any interruption in the payment flow may prevent booth publication, suspend participation, interrupt continuity on LamarZ or end the operational process.
Opening a dispute, claim, chargeback, refund request or payment block authorizes the immediate suspension of registration, assembly, publication, event participation and continuity on LamarZ until the situation is definitively regularized.
Non-payment of instalments does not generate the right to a refund of amounts already paid.
The TrendZ Creators Team has no obligation to continue manual collection, renegotiate instalments, keep participation active or publish the booth when there is a pending matter, failure, dispute or payment interruption.
After registration confirmation, the participant receives instructions for submitting booth materials.
In the active registration window, the deadline for submitting materials is 30 days. In later windows, this deadline will be shorter as the event approaches.
The participant is responsible for submitting materials that are complete, correct, authorized, suitable for the event proposal and prepared in English.
Failure to submit, incomplete submission, incorrect submission, submission after the deadline or lack of response to necessary requests does not generate the right to a refund.
The TrendZ Creators Team will decide, according to the operational stage of the project, whether the booth will be published incomplete, adjusted, not published, postponed, suspended or ended.
Content submitted by the participant will be used as received.
The TrendZ Creators Team does not translate, review, correct, adapt, rewrite or commercially validate texts, descriptions, calls, solution names, images, videos, links, buttons, offers, external pages or materials submitted by the participant.
Links submitted by the participant will be inserted as received. The team does not check the functionality, destination, security, content, policies, support, availability or integrity of the links.
Problems caused by error, absence, inadequacy, failure, unavailability or incorrect content submitted by the participant do not generate the right to a refund.
After booth assembly, the participant will receive a temporary preview for review.
For registrations confirmed by 30 September 2026, the participant will have 2 business days to approve the preview or request corrections of assembly errors, counted from the moment the preview is sent by the team.
For registrations confirmed from 1 October 2026, when accepted, the participant will have 24 consecutive hours to approve the preview or request corrections of assembly errors, counted from the moment the preview is sent by the team.
The preview review period is intended to identify assembly errors in relation to the materials submitted, not to request a new strategy, content replacement, solution replacement, offer change, link change, visual redesign or text rewriting.
If the participant does not respond within the applicable deadline, the preview will be considered approved.
After express or automatic approval of the preview, the booth will be considered closed for publication.
Changes requested after preview approval are not free, are not guaranteed and will only be carried out when the TrendZ Creators Team confirms operational availability, technical feasibility, timing and the applicable additional charge.
A later change request does not automatically suspend publication, does not change deadlines and does not generate the right to a refund.
Support related to registration, submission of materials, preview and publication will be provided through the channels and deadlines defined by the team.
The team does not assume any obligation to provide unlimited support, continuous individual follow-up, strategic consulting, commercial review, offer review, translation, link correction or management of the participant’s external channels.
Failure by the participant to respond within the deadlines informed by the team may compromise or end operational stages, without generating the right to a refund.
The TrendZ Creators Team may refuse, remove, suspend or request adjustments to projects, materials, links or content incompatible with the event proposal, showroom organization, visitor safety, rules of the platforms used or the Terms of Use.
Incompatibility, refusal, removal, suspension or request for adjustment caused by content submitted by the participant does not generate the right to a refund.
The team has no obligation to grant a new opportunity for submission, replacement or adjustment when the content submitted is incompatible, insufficient, unsafe, irregular, inadequate or delivered after the deadline.
The TrendZ Creators Team may suspend, cancel or terminate the participant’s participation in case of breach of the Terms of Use, this Policy, the Privacy Policy, operational instructions, informed deadlines, payment rules, content rules, event compatibility or any conduct that harms the event, visitors, participants, team, platforms used or the reputation of TrendZ Digital Creators.
In these situations, there will be no refund of amounts paid.
TrendZ Digital Creators will have a limit of participants by category, market, plan and operational capacity.
When a category, market, plan or type of solution reaches the limit defined by the organization, new registrations of that type will no longer be received.
The limitation exists to preserve showroom quality, avoid too many similar solutions, maintain clarity in visitor navigation and protect the team’s delivery capacity.
Registrations already paid and confirmed remain subject to compliance with the Terms of Use, this Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy, material submission deadlines, regular payment status and operational compatibility of the content submitted.
The TrendZ Creators Team may adjust dates, stages, operational deadlines, publication format, showroom organization or event flow when necessary to preserve delivery, security, technical quality or operational viability.
These adjustments do not generate the right to a financial refund.
TrendZ Digital Creators uses platforms, hosting, forms, payment methods, digital tools, integrations and external services to operate the event.
If a relevant technical failure in the event environment or in the published booth interrupts or demonstrably harms the public availability of the booth during the official event period, the participant will receive operational compensation in additional continuity time on LamarZ.
This compensation will be calculated according to the affected period and will not be converted into a financial refund.
Compensation for relevant technical unavailability will be made in additional time on LamarZ, not as a refund, financial credit or return of amounts paid.
This compensation applies to relevant technical failures related to the event environment or the public availability of the published booth.
It does not apply to problems caused by links submitted by the participant, external pages, checkouts, calendars, stores, forms, devices, user connection, third-party platforms outside the event environment, materials submitted incorrectly or lack of response from the participant.
Failures, instabilities, delays, interruptions, unavailability, maintenance, security incidents, third-party failures or events outside the team’s direct control do not generate a financial refund of amounts paid.
The purpose of TrendZ Digital Creators is to offer an organized structure for the presentation, promotion and direction of digital solutions to the participant’s contact, purchase, demo, trial, scheduling, portfolio or main page.
Participation in the event does not guarantee sales, clients, leads, proposals, clicks, traffic, revenue, partnerships, fixed highlight, specific position, financial return or any commercial result.
The absence of an expected commercial result does not generate the right to cancellation with refund, partial refund, financial credit or financial compensation.
Payments related to additional markets, later changes, adjustments accepted by the team, extra services or any additional item requested by the participant are also final and non-refundable.
When a change or additional service is accepted, its execution will depend on payment, operational timing, team availability and technical feasibility.
The standard compensation for relevant technical failures attributable to the event environment or the published booth will be operational and non-financial.
This compensation will be made through an extension of time on LamarZ, continuity adjustment, operational reorganization or another equivalent measure defined by the TrendZ Creators Team.
No operational compensation will be converted into a financial refund.
